Job Summary
Lead the studio team of up to nine employees through coaching, motivation, and daily scheduling while acting as the primary host to acquire and retain members. Manage inventory, ensure quality standards per the employee handbook, and handle member support on the training floor including trial classes and plan creation. Coordinate with regional leadership on marketing initiatives and group fitness instructors, while driving internal and external communications. Achieve targets for Google reviews and trial class statistics, manage member reactivation, and oversee cleaning duties. Adhere to all regulations and laws. Requires a Bachelor's in fitness and health, leadership experience, and fluent German. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts im Bereich Fitness und Gesundheit oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Vertrauenswürdig und loyal mit empathischem Führungsverhalten

- Selbständiges Organisationstalent mit Durchsetzungsvermögen
