Studio Sales & Operations - Sales Associate

Part-time Sales Associate at Orangetheory Fitness handling front-of-house operations with a strong focus on premium customer service and meeting sales expectations. Duties include studio referrals, maintaining records in OTF sales systems, follow-up calls, studio previews with prospects, greeting members, daily lobby/desk upkeep, processing cash and credit transactions, onboarding clients, generating leads through members and outreach, and converting leads to members. Requires excellent customer service, solid sales skills, ability to multi-task in a busy environment, basic computer skills (MS Office), and flexibility to work day/evening/weekend hours. Must be able to participate in 1-2 OTF scheduled workouts per week. High school diploma is required and familiarity with the ORANGE TEAM environment is preferred.
