Job Summary
Sales Associate for Orangetheory Fitness studio handling front-of-house operations, driving membership sales and renewals, retail and concessions, lead generation via current members, influencers, and community outreach, and delivering premium customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining the lobby/front desk, processing cash and card transactions, onboarding clients with FP Agreements, following the studio’s sales processes, generating new leads, converting leads to members, conducting referrals, participating in 1-2 OTF workouts per week, and supporting training programs. Requires strong communication, ability to multitask, and a flexible schedule; pay is hourly with bonuses and performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
