Job Summary
Manage and prioritize daily production workflow to meet project deadlines while interpreting work orders and ensuring efficient movement through the production process. Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators, CNC cutting equipment, and related machinery, performing quality control inspections throughout. Produce banners, signs, vehicle graphics, wall murals, and trade show displays, then package and coordinate completed projects for delivery or installation. Create and modify artwork using Adobe Creative Suite, prepare print-ready files, and manage digital assets. Assist in concept development, design basic fabrication solutions, and perform light fabrication tasks including mounting, trimming, and assembling displays. Monitor inventory levels for media and supplies, maintain production areas, and lead team meetings to foster a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of production experience in large-format printing, signage, graphics, or a related industry
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- Mechanical aptitude and confidence operating production equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license for occasional travel for site surveys
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and assist with installations as required
- Comfortable working in a production and warehouse environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing and producing vehicle wraps and fleet graphics
- Experience with CoreBridge, Onyx RIP software, CNC, and wide-format printing equipment
- Experience with custom signage fabrication or display assembly
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field
- Experience with project estimating, production planning, or installation management
