Job Summary
Studio Operations Manager to oversee the operational management and execution of all in-house creative studio projects and production workflows. Manages project timelines, prioritization, scheduling, resource allocation, and budgets; partners with Creative, Marketing, and external production teams; drives workflow optimization, asset organization, and governance; maintains brand standards and ensures on-time delivery; builds and maintains a scalable network of freelance and external resources; leads process improvements, project management systems, and digital asset management initiatives; collaborates on marketing and brand projects as needed; strong leadership and communication skills with experience in consumer brands or agency environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 7–10 years in creative operations, studio or project management
- Must be local due to hybrid work schedule
