Job Summary
Lead the studio to hit monthly membership and revenue goals by overseeing lead generation, sales presentations, and member retention strategies. Recruit, hire, train, and coach Wellness Advisors while supporting the Teacher team to build a culture of accountability and excellence. Execute grassroots outreach, partnerships, and events to represent YogaSix Riverstone within the local community. Ensure every member feels welcomed by overseeing class quality, front-desk operations, and studio cleanliness. Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting while tracking KPIs to maintain alignment with brand standards. This role requires 2+ years of leadership experience, strong sales skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership or management experience
- Strong sales background with proven ability to hit targets
- Experience managing, motivating, and developing a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (weekdays, evenings, some weekends)
