Job Summary
Conduct one-on-one assisted stretching sessions using PNF and static techniques while managing daily studio operations, including scheduling, cleanliness, and inventory. Lead a team of certified therapists and front desk staff through recruitment, onboarding, and training to build a high-performance culture. Drive sales by making 50+ outbound calls daily, converting prospects, and modeling authentic conversion strategies to achieve membership growth. Monitor key performance indicators, manage the P&L, and execute local marketing to generate leads for the new Rockville location.
Required Qualifications
- A valid certification or formal education in anatomy, exercise science, personal training, massage therapy, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales and management within a fitness, wellness, or health service environment
- Hands-on experience delivering assisted stretching, personal training, or bodywork sessions
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and stretching protocols, particularly PNF and static techniques
- A certification or degree in a relevant field (e.g., NASM, ISSA, LMT, Exercise Science, Kinesiology)
- Proven success in sales, with the ability to lead a team and drive revenue
- A builders mindset comfortable wearing multiple hats and launching a new location
- Full-time availability, including weekday afternoons and weekends
- Local to Rockville, MD with reliable transportation
