Job Summary
Studio Manager (West Village, Dallas) to lead day-to-day studio operations, coach and develop the teaching team, and drive membership growth and studio revenue. Role includes owning studio processes, overseeing teaching staff and Studio Coordinators, recruiting/training teachers, meeting performance targets related to membership and revenue, leading TT programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives), collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering an engaged community of teachers and studio experience staff, and ensuring a premium in-studio experience. Requires minimum 40 hours per week in-studio with at least one weekend day, and teaching a minimum of four classes per week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent
- Facilitation and training experience required
- 200HR certified preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting KPIs
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse personalities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Must be able to move around the studio, lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to teach any class format sometimes with little to no notice
