Job Summary
Manage the overall business success of the Transportation studio by overseeing staffing levels, reviewing project work for technical excellence, and contributing to the annual operating budget. Lead planning and scheduling of all Studio projects to prioritize activities and allocate resources, while participating in monthly reviews to analyze performance, profitability, and risk. Oversee workloads and provide staff supervision to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with policies, including conducting annual bonus and salary reviews for direct reports. Participate in business development through client contacts, provide input to proposals, and liaise with stakeholders to determine project criteria and deliver presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Have successfully completed related post-secondary education
- Knowledge in Architectural design and presentation
- Intermediate M&E, structural building systems, permit and building codes
- Technically advanced in architectural or engineering systems and design
- 10+ years of prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role
- Managing architectural staff

- Registered with a relevant professional architectural association
