Job Summary
Manage staffing levels and lead planning for all Transportation studio projects to prioritize activities and allocate resources. Review project work for technical excellence, on-time delivery, and financial success while contributing to the annual operating budget based on revenue forecasts. Monitor client service levels, analyze trends, and adjust delivery strategies to ensure exemplary performance. Lead by example through mentorship, administrative support, and supervision of workloads to ensure accuracy and compliance with safety regulations. Conduct annual bonus and salary reviews for direct reports and manage succession planning. Participate in billable project activities as required to optimize staff time.
Required Qualifications
- Have successfully completed related post-secondary education
- Knowledge in Architectural design and presentation
- Intermediate M&E, structural building systems, permit and building codes
- Technically advanced in architectural or engineering systems and design
- 10+ years of prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role
- Managing architectural staff

- Registered with a relevant professional architectural association
