Job Summary
Lead studio operations and sales to achieve membership goals, train and coach staff to deliver a high-level guest experience, and drive the SweatHouz brand across product, community, operations, and people. Collaborate with Sales Associates to meet studio and company sales goals, maintain exceptional hospitality and client service, mentor staff to maintain a personable, client-oriented culture, manage purchasing and inventory, ensure standard operating policies support rapid growth, and build community partnerships. Maintain a clean, well-functioning studio including sauna suites and towels, and contribute to brand-building and member retention.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and guest-service orientation
- Ability to train and motivate staff and manage performance
- Operations and inventory management experience
