Job Summary
As Studio Manager at Stretch Zone, you will oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and lead a high-performing team to deliver practitioner-assisted stretching experiences. You’ll coach the studio team, manage scheduling and check-ins, monitor KPIs and goals, ensure excellent member service, and help communicate the value of Stretch Zone offerings to members. You’ll also participate in performance reviews, ensure smooth opening/closing routines, and contribute to a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
Required Qualifications
- Paid experience managing 1–2 team members
- Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity)
- Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
