Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Woodbridge studio, drive membership growth, coach and develop a 1–2 person studio team, manage member check-ins, schedule, and inquiries, and ensure a high level of service. Lead by example through coaching, monitor performance metrics and KPIs, support the team in achieving membership sales goals by communicating the value of practitioner-assisted stretching, and maintain a culture of excellence, accountability, and service.
Required Qualifications
- Paid experience managing 1–2 team members
- Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity)
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
