Job Summary
Lead daily studio operations by supervising the full roster of sales personnel and stretch practitioners, managing master schedules, and resolving operational hurdles. Drive revenue growth by owning conversion metrics, guiding the front-desk team, and executing local marketing initiatives. Enforce high-performance standards through direct one-on-ones, address underperformance immediately, and mentor staff for floor-leadership roles. Conduct mid-shift syncs to review data and ensure seamless handovers between morning and afternoon shifts. Resolve escalated client inquiries with authority while upholding rigorous cleanliness and brand standards. Requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in fitness or retail; full-time 36-hour Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Stretch Zone utilizes patented equipment and proprietary neuromuscular protocols to enhance athlete mobility and performance.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience in a fitness, wellness, retail, or service-driven environment
- A decisive, mature leader with the natural confidence to command respect, enforce workplace accountability, and manage a diverse team of sales associates and practitioners
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas, tracking conversion metrics (KPIs), managing schedules, and understanding studio P&L drivers
- Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback, de-escalate customer concerns, and maintain a unified team dynamic
- Full availability to work the required 36-hour Tuesday through Saturday shift schedule without conflict
