Job Summary
Oversee daily studio operations, lead and develop a 1–2 person team, drive membership sales for practitioner-assisted stretching, and ensure members have a positive experience. Responsibilities include welcoming members, coaching the studio team, managing scheduling and check-ins, tracking KPIs, supporting attainment of daily and monthly goals, and communicating the value of services to drive membership growth. The role also involves maintaining a culture of excellence, accountability, and service, with base pay plus commission and opportunities for training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Paid experience managing 1–2 team members
- Retail sales experience (cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity)
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
