Job Summary
Studio Manager leads the studio in membership acquisition, retention, and achieving sales quotas, including hiring, onboarding, supervising staff, coaching, setting daily/weekly/monthly goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing sales and operating budgets, training and developing staff, guiding sales strategy to maintain class size, delivering community engagement events, enforcing policies, maintaining front desk systems and facility operations, and conducting performance reviews with KPI-driven improvement plans. Requires strong management, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile apps, and CRMs, and a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred) with 1+ years of retail or direct sales management experience.
