Job Summary
Studio Manager leads all aspects of the studio’s performance, including member experience, sales execution, operations, staffing, and profitability. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, onboarding, coaching, supervising studio team members, driving revenue growth, monitoring key business metrics, ensuring alignment between sales and fitness execution, and delivering a best-in-class member experience. Partners with Head Coach and Regional Manager to drive performance improvement, operational excellence, and business growth; maintains brand standards, ensures staffing levels, and fosters a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development. Requires strong business acumen, data-driven decision making, and the ability to lead teams to achieve sales goals and operational standards in a fast-paced fitness environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, or direct sales management environments with prior single-unit management experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive sales performance, manage operations, and deliver a strong member experience in a fast-paced environment
