Job Summary
Manage overall studio operations with Regional Leadership support while leading a sales team to meet membership goals and KPIs. Interview, hire, and onboard new sales associates; create and manage their work schedules. Analyze and manage P&Ls and financial statements. Handle member concerns professionally and execute studio marketing and outreach events. This full-time role requires nights, weekends, and holidays. You will work within a global leader of heart rate-based interval training with over 1,500 studios.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
