Job Summary
Lead studio operations by overseeing daily sales performance, staffing levels, and financial metrics to drive profitability and member retention. Coach and develop the Sales Associates team through regular performance conversations, recruitment, and onboarding while ensuring alignment between fitness execution and sales strategies. Champion exceptional member experience by conducting operational audits, resolving escalated issues, and maintaining strict adherence to brand standards and facility cleanliness. Generate sales leads through community outreach and marketing initiatives, monitor key business results via accurate reporting, and implement action plans to improve revenue growth and operational efficiency.
