Job Summary
Lead day-to-day studio operations, sales performance, and staff development by driving revenue through lead generation, community outreach, and in-studio marketing campaigns. Oversee the entire sales process from inquiry to membership conversion while managing staffing, scheduling, facility maintenance, and budget controls including payroll and vendor relationships. Recruit, hire, train, and mentor all studio staff, conducting regular coaching, evaluations, and performance reviews to uphold company standards and foster a high-performing team. Handle escalated member concerns with professionalism to ensure the highest level of customer service and adherence to brand policies. Requires 2–3+ years of sales leadership experience, proficiency in CRM and scheduling software, and flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of sales leadership and management experience
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing teams, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written
- Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CRM or scheduling software
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
