Job Summary
Manage overall studio operations with support from Regional Leadership while leading a sales team to meet and exceed membership goals and KPIs. Interview, hire, and onboard new sales associates, then create and manage their work schedules. Analyze and manage P&Ls and other financial statements to drive performance. Handle member concerns professionally and execute studio marketing and outreach events. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Lead by example as an enthusiastic, energetic team player dedicated to enhancing the member experience and spreading More Life across the community.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of management experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a sales, retail or fitness environment
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
