Job Summary
Manage the studio by greeting every member, employee, vendor, and visitor by name, motivating the sales team, and ensuring sales goals are surpassed. Fix issues immediately when they arise and recognize member milestones such as class anniversaries or birthdays. Provide substantial paid training, certifications, and support while maintaining a flexible schedule that accommodates educational or personal goals. Work in a passionate, collaborative environment with a fitness casual dress code, utilizing your excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for health and wellness to drive the business toward becoming a franchise or business owner.
