Job Summary
Manage a studio team by looking every member, employee, and visitor in the eye, calling them by name, and making time for them. Motivate the sales team to surpass goals, fix issues immediately when they arise, and ensure members celebrate their milestones. Oversee daily operations with a focus on accountability, while maintaining a fit, energetic, and personable disposition. This role offers a flexible schedule, competitive base pay with commission and bonuses, and substantial paid training to support your growth. Orangetheory Fitness provides a collaborative environment where you can learn every aspect of the business, with the opportunity to eventually become a Franchisee or Business Owner.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
