Studio Manager

Program Manager (Studio Manager) to oversee day-to-day operations of a New Mom School studio, ensuring exceptional experiences for moms and babies while supporting the Franchise Partner in growing the business. Responsibilities include class management (scheduling start dates, assigning pre-registered moms), visiting experts coordination, administrative duties (invoices, onboarding instructors, studio schedules, donations), outreach to sponsors, gift bag assembly, and sales activities (following up on leads, explaining programs/pricing, enrollment support, CRM updates, and achieving enrollment goals). Must possess strong organizational skills, customer service, a marketing mindset, and the ability to drive enrollment through community engagement. Part-time, minimum 20 hours/week, with occasional weekends; compensation $20-30/hour with potential bonuses; flexible work-from-home options available.
