Studio Manager

Studio Manager for a New Mom School studio overseeing day-to-day operations, leading class management, registrations, and staff/experts coordination while driving enrollment through sales and community engagement. Responsibilities include scheduling class start dates, managing registrations and software, coordinating with instructors and visiting experts, handling customer service and correspondence, producing administrative materials, monitoring social media channels (Facebook/Instagram), coordinating donor and sponsorship activities, assembling gift bags, and following up on new leads to meet enrollment and studio sales goals. Requires compassion, strong organizational skills, professionalism, a marketing mindset, tech savviness, and the ability to grow with the company across locations. Preferred experience includes social media management (1–2 years) and sales (2+ years). Flexible, part-time schedule with remote-work options available.
