Job Summary
Multi-Unit Studio Manager at F45 overseeing Woodbury and Stillwater locations. Lead operational performance, coach team, drive membership sales, and maintain premium member experience across two studios. Responsibilities include driving revenue, lead management (InBody scans, phone calls, texts, and in-person consults), local marketing partnerships and events, member retention and milestone celebrations, hiring and evaluating coaches, weekly owner KPI/budget reviews, coordinating between studios to ensure consistent standards, and maintaining class quality (minimum 10 classes per week). Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of sales leadership in health & fitness, active personal training certification (NASM/ACE/ISSA, etc.), CPR/AED/First Aid certifications, reliable transportation between sites, and the ability to work flexible hours (early mornings/evenings/weekends). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of proven sales leadership in Health & Fitness
- Must have Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
- Must have CPR/AED certification
- 2+ years of management experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to recruit, onboard, schedule, and evaluate coaches
- Strong customer service and sales pipeline management
- Proficiency with MS Office and MindBody Online
