Job Summary
Lead studio operations and serve as a brand ambassador by managing daily processes, coaching the classroom experience, and training a team of teachers and studio experience members. Generate membership leads and recruit for teacher training programs to meet goals for class count, attendance, and client retention. Teach a minimum of four classes weekly and enforce company policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling based on student preferences. Act as the on-call manager, working 40+ hours per week including weekends and holidays to support sustained growth and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent
- Facilitation and training experience
- 200HR certified
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work with multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach, nimble as construction timelines shift for new studios
- Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily in-studio
- Flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs
- Acting as the on-call manager as needed
- Availability to work at least one weekend day per week
- Teach a minimum of 4 classes, in multiple formats, per week
- Ability to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift to 25 lbs
- Ability to step in to teach any class format sometimes with little to no notice
- 5-6 days a week
- 40+ hours a week
- Availability must match the needs of the business and leadership zig-zag schedules
- Morning, evening, weekend, and some holiday availability and flexibility
