Job Summary
Studio Manager to oversee the member experience and day-to-day operations of the Miami Studio Three club, drive membership growth and lead generation, onboard new members, educate members on services and amenities, manage front and back-of-house teams (scheduling, payroll, onboarding, training), implement SOPs to improve profitability and efficiency, oversee vendor relationships, inventory, budgets, events, and community partnerships, and deliver first-class member experiences. Requires 3+ years of management experience with 15+ direct reports, 3+ years in fitness/retail/hospitality, CPR certification, and proven ability to drive revenue and operations in a fitness/hospitality setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Management experience leading 15+ team members
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality industries
- Must have a current CPR Certification
- Experience in financial management and proven ability to drive revenue
- Enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry
