Job Summary
Lead fitness studio operations and drive membership and sales growth while maintaining high-quality client care. Conduct thorough fitness assessments, demonstrate and instruct proper exercise techniques, and maintain detailed client records. Oversee operational leadership, manage team and client relations, and engage in marketing and community outreach to grow the studio’s membership base. Strong emphasis on leadership, staff development, client-focused service, and applying the MaxStrength Fitness Continuous Tension Protocol to improve client outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in fitness studio management or a similar role is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales and marketing experience is a plus
