Studio Manager - Luxury Blowout Bar (Washington D.C.)

Lead, guide, and inspire employees daily to create a positive, high-performing work environment while modeling Core Values and mentoring future leaders. Provide coaching to ensure team members meet service and performance standards, and foster client relationships for an exceptional guest experience. Maximize the studio's financial potential by monitoring revenue, managing P&L reports, and optimizing operational efficiency. Resolve employee relations and customer concerns, oversee daily operations including marketing and HR, and manage timekeeping, payroll, and staff schedules. Perform daily and weekly inventory management to maintain appropriate ordering levels. This role requires 4+ years of management experience in a fast-paced service industry, leading teams of 15+ employees, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
