Job Summary
Studio Manager in Kapolei leading CorePower Yoga studio operations, coaching and inspiring the classroom experience, training and managing a team of teachers and studio staff, and driving membership growth and class attendance. Responsibilities include leading day-to-day studio operations, recruiting/training staff, achieving membership and revenue targets, overseeing Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives), collaborating with cross-functional teams, delivering a premium studio experience, enforcing policies, and scheduling/people-management with a minimum 40 hours per week and at least one weekend day. Requires strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to lead multi-format classes, and a focus on community growth and student satisfaction. Technical duties include partnering with analytics to optimize attendance and schedules, campus safety, and maintaining a culture aligned with CorePower values.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent
