Job Summary
Studio Manager needed to lead the opening of InMotion Wellness Studio in Springfield, IL. You will shape culture, systems, and the member experience from day one, drive the studio’s financial success, and rally the team to achieve bold goals. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to studio philosophy, meeting/exceeding sales goals, achieving daily appointment targets, overseeing staff direction and staffing plans, and promoting the business within the community. Qualifications require experience or education in kinesiology/exercise science, with prior management experience preferred; strong time management and clear communication skills are essential.
