Studio Manager to lead a high-energy infrared fitness studio in the UK, responsible for attracting local presence, converting free trial leads, retaining members, and operating studio standards. Key duties include generating qualified leads via community outreach and social channels, managing local marketing campaigns, converting leads into paying members, greeting and engaging with members on entry, tracking KPI-driven retention, coordinating events and wellness workshops, onboarding and managing the Studio Assistant, scheduling, memberships, and payments via Hapana Core, ensuring GDPR compliance, and upholding brand voice across content. Requires 2+ years in a similar role, strong community-building skills, ability to shoot/edit/post Reels, and comfortable working evenings/weekends. Salary £30,000-£34,000 per year; Location: Dronfield, UK; Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week; Benefits include unlimited free classes and career growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
