Studio Manager - Derby, College Retail Park

Studio Manager to lead the floor and community for Joy in Movement (J.I.M) in Derby. You will attract local presence and leads, convert Free Trial leads into paying members, retain members through engaging events and experiences, and operate studio standards and systems. Responsibilities include generating qualified leads via community outreach and social channels, owning and executing local marketing campaigns, partnering with local businesses and influencers, managing the CRM and lead pipeline, driving member onboarding and check-ins, handling bookings and memberships, onboarding and supervising the Studio Assistant, and ensuring GDPR-compliant processes. Requires 2+ years’ experience in a similar customer-facing operation, strong community-building skills, proactive KPI ownership (especially retention), and the ability to shoot/edit/post engaging content for social channels. Salary £30,000 to £34,000 per year, full-time, Derby, with 28 days holiday and unlimited free classes.
