Job Summary
Own and execute monthly sales goals while converting prospects into loyal members through strong follow-up and relationship-building. Manage and develop the Sales Associates and front desk team, fostering a positive, accountable culture where you lead by example. Train staff to perform at a high level and handle member needs including upgrades, freezes, and inquiries with professionalism. Keep the studio running smoothly by managing inventory, schedules, and day-to-day operations, ensuring the space is clean, stocked, and maintained. Build partnerships with local businesses and community partners to drive growth and visibility. Support revenue growth across memberships, retail, and private training while collaborating closely with the Lead Instructor and the other Tallahassee Studio Manager.

- Strong sales background with a proven track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized
- Positive, professional, and team-focused mindset
- Strong judgment in handling policies, people matters, and day-to-day decision-making
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards across the member experience, studio operations, and team execution
