Job Summary
Lead studio revenue growth through consultative sales and partnership with the Managing Clinical Director (MCD), coaching a high-performing team to improve conversion, retention, memberships, and retail sales. Drive guest experiences from consultation through follow-up care, oversee daily operations including scheduling and POS, ensure HIPAA-compliant practices, and monitor KPIs to optimize utilization and profitability. Foster a guest-centric culture, oversee staff development and team huddles, and support marketing and community outreach to drive guest acquisition and brand awareness. Manage clinical-support collaboration to deliver exceptional guest outcomes and satisfaction, while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience in sales, aesthetics, retail, hospitality, wellness, or a service-based environment
- Proven success driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Experience with CRM systems, scheduling, and operational management
