Job Summary
Lead studio operations by managing membership acquisition, retention, and sales goals while supervising team hiring, onboarding, and daily performance. Direct all promotional efforts including storefront presales, street team tactics, and community outreach to drive new memberships and renewals. Oversee sales staff training, inventory management, and vendor relationships while maintaining accurate records and ensuring first-class member experiences. Participate in scheduled workouts weekly and attend relevant training programs. This role supports Orangetheory's vision as a global leader in heart rate-based interval training within a collaborative, fitness-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within a creative environment
- Strong background in inventory management with an understanding of stock control processes
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within a business setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team
