Job Summary
Studio Leader responsible for delivering a premium member experience, overseeing daily studio operations, coaching Guest Experience Representatives and Studio Support, and driving sales and memberships. Leads by example to foster a high-performance, wellness-focused culture, ensures policy and safety compliance, and collaborates on partnerships and community engagement to grow brand presence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- CPR/AED certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- 24 years of leadership experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, retail, membership-based businesses, or boutique studio environments
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing teams of 5 10 or more employees
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, and operational management
- Experience generating leads through community outreach, partnerships, networking, or local marketing initiatives
- Experience with CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and membership management software
