Job Summary
As Studio Leader of the Healthcare Practice, you will manage multiple teams, ensuring project delivery, quality, and financial performance while promoting a positive office culture. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, maintaining client relationships, managing project leads’ expectations, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong architecture and design background specifically in the healthcare sector, along with significant leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Interior Design and/or Architecture
- Experience as a Team Director, Account Manager, and/or Project Manager
- Strong background in the Architecture & Design industry within the Healthcare/Medical sector
- Knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, materials application within the Healthcare Sector
- Proficiency in Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint and MS Office
- Code knowledge and permitting requirements
