Job Summary
Lead the Boston Education studio by identifying and securing new project opportunities while establishing credibility in the market through nurturing existing client relationships and building long-term partnerships. Collaborate with firm executives to strategize high-value pursuits, transform leads into project wins, and engage in high-level project visioning to maintain client satisfaction. Motivate a team of talented professionals, align their growth with the expanding studio, and offer strategic guidance across all project phases to ensure design excellence. This full-time on-site role requires Monday through Friday attendance during standard business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters of Architecture - must be an NAAB accredited degree
- 15+ years experience that includes Education project experience locally
- Professional registration in architecture
- Passion for driving business development for this studio with demonstrated experience doing so
- Regular, reliable on-site attendance
- Monday through Friday during standard business hours
- Full-time on-site
