Studio Lead - Wellesley

Set the tone for every shift by functioning as MOD, communicating issues to leadership, and delivering high-level customer service. Maintain daily checklists to B/SPOKE standards, share SOP training with staff, and lead by example while delegating tasks. Manage equipment diagnostics, studio maintenance, and cleanliness, or handle operations track duties like inventory ordering, expense management, and vendor coordination. Alternatively, support the flex track by coordinating instructor schedules, managing lab flow, and assisting with revenue generation. Work 3–4 days per week (approx. 25 hours) in non-traditional hours, prioritizing opening and closing shifts.
