Job Summary
Studio Lead responsible for driving membership growth, revenue, retention, and day-to-day studio operations at Pure Barre Kirkland. Lead by example in a fast-paced fitness environment, execute sales activities, manage member experience, leads, and community engagement, and support local marketing initiatives with no direct people-management responsibilities. Requires strong sales, communication, and organizational skills; availability during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends, events); 25-35 hours/week; 22.00/hour with monthly bonuses. Authorized to work in the United States.
