Job Summary
Greet and check in clients warmly, answer inquiries, and confidently guide them toward memberships that fit their goals. Build genuine relationships with prospective and current members to drive sales, retention, and revenue while monitoring activity to re-engage at-risk clients. Support instructors before, during, and after class, manage front desk operations, process sales, and maintain accurate records in booking and CRM systems. Handle opening and closing duties, restock inventory, and ensure the studio remains clean and welcoming. Work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to keep the studio running smoothly.
