Job Summary
Answer phones, field questions, respond to emails, and process sales in keeping with JETSET Pilates Standards of Service. Greet and check-in clients professionally upon arrival, thank them as they leave, and recruit and retain clients by solving problems and referring concerns appropriately. Sell memberships and class packages in-person, online, and over the phone while utilizing the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) system. Maintain a clean and tidy studio, process retail sales, and restock inventory as needed. Assist instructors with opening and closing duties. Work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
