Job Summary
Studio Lead sought to launch and own the success of a brand-new fitness studio. You will oversee daily operations, drive growth through sales, generate leads, close memberships, and build community, while leading a team and ensuring operational excellence. The role requires entrepreneurial drive, strong sales mindset, leadership ability to motivate and develop a team, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Typical schedule includes early mornings/evenings and weekends, with an expected 45 hours per week. You should live and breathe fitness, communicate the value of MaxStrength Fitness, and excel at local marketing, outreach, and KPI-driven growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality
- Experience in direct sales and lead generation
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support launch events and peak hours
