Job Summary
Greet and check-in clients professionally, answer phones, field questions, and respond to emails while processing sales and memberships via the AXLE CRM system. Recruit and retain clients by solving problems, referring concerns appropriately, and selling class packages in-person, online, and over the phone. Maintain a clean and organized lobby, process retail transactions, restock inventory, and assist instructors with opening and closing duties. Work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary to deliver the ultimate boutique fitness experience.
Required Qualifications
- ability to answer phones, field questions, respond to emails, and process sales
- ability to perform retail transactions accurately
- ability to maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- ability to assist Instructors in opening & closing duties
- knowledge of all policies and pricing options
