Job Summary
Set the tone for every shift by functioning as MOD, communicating issues to leadership, and leading by example. Maintain daily checklists to ensure B/SPOKE standards, provide high-level customer service, and delegate tasks to peers. Manage equipment and audio diagnostics, oversee studio maintenance and cleanliness, and handle inventory, supply ordering, and expense management. Coordinate studio and instructor schedules, manage cleaning teams, and address client incidents while championing the B/SPOKE experience. Work 3–4 days per week (approx. 25 hours) in non-traditional hours, prioritizing multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of personalities
- Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule
- At least 20–25 hours of workable availability, with strong preference for opening and closing hours
- Able to meet all other Front Desk Responsibilities and Requirements
