Job Summary
Greet, check-in, and process sales for clients while maintaining a clean, safe studio environment. Recruit and retain members by answering questions, solving problems, and utilizing Axle and Mindbody for lead generation and scheduling. Develop local marketing initiatives through monthly tabling or events and create digital content to elevate the studio's community presence. Manage opening and closing duties, restock inventory, and ensure all policies and prices remain current. This part-time to full-time role supports the General Manager in delivering a boutique fitness experience.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in client-service roles such as concierge, receptionist, restaurants, retail, and hospitality
- Experience working in team environments
- Experience with white glove service or luxury fields
- Highly proficient with computers, tablets, and applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Self-Motivated
