Job Summary
Conduct warm outreach to interested leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations to build trust and book consultations. Guide prospects through membership selection based on their goals while maintaining consistent follow-up to ensure no opportunity is missed. Manage your pipeline and track activity within the CRM, then collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on messaging. This role involves helping people take action toward health goals while contributing ideas to improve the studio. You will have opportunities to grow into leadership and manage a team as the business expands.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or membership-based businesses
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with new people
- Excellent written communication
- Comfortable learning new software and using a CRM
- Reliable, coachable, and consistent
- Available to work evenings and weekends when needed
- You have a quality that people naturally gravitate toward—whether that's empathy, confidence, positivity, clarity, or your ability to build rapport
