Job Summary
Conduct outreach to warm leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations to build genuine relationships and book consultations. Help prospects choose the right membership based on their goals while tracking activity and managing the pipeline inside the CRM. Follow up consistently so no lead falls through the cracks and provide feedback to the marketing team to improve messaging. This role involves working evenings and weekends as needed. Compensation ranges from $23–$30/hour plus commission. The position offers opportunities for advancement into marketing, operations, and leadership.
